Detailed Description

@file    UQSetting.py
@brief It contains the UQSetting class which represents a
non-intrusive UQ setting defined by a preprocession, simulation and
postprocessing step. The preprocessing transforms the initial
parameters and forwards them to the simulation, from which the
results are given to the postprocessing step, where the desired
quantities of interest are computed out of the simulation results.
